Yes it does stack but the heal bonus from one regen set is better than 2x immortal sets. Start farming fireknight while super raids are active.

Got all of 2 pieces of useable regen from FK overnight and neither rolled well, so need a back up plan 😁

Overall regen provides you with better healing, but double or triple immortal can suffice for lower stages if you get your speed up.

Otherwise, the damage is coming in too fast.

Hope you get some nice regen pieces.
