Just started the game, and didn't recieved any artifact from leader bord, nor any other for that matter

did you actually collect them? tournament rewards don't get added to your account automatically, you have to claim them from the leaderboard.
they will eventually get sent to your inbox, but not until the tournament disappears from the list a few days after it ends.
Yes, i did. So far been all of them. Was wondering when it will pop.
