urticata have a good kit for cb, but don't have high multipliers.

i don't understand why you put 15% speed aura on her, because a lot of epics have 19% speed aura for all battles, and she could shine more with this light buff.

no one can use her as leader, for the low amount speed that oyu get, or you need very high speed on other champs, see for example demytha coomps.
