I've probably missed something so any help appreciated
So I'm in Tag arena (don't know about classic teams rarely get to buff) however some of the defence teams buffs are coming up with a yellow border
So, what's the deal with the yellow border?

The icon is just to demonstrate buffs that are not removable. There wasn't any functional change. The above screenshot for example - Candy's perfect veil cannot be removed.
The reason it was added was because of the new bonus that grants that protection randomly to buffs placed by the wearer.
