Seriously, the teams in Silver  4 are  crazy. You  don't need  to  do  much. Just  expand  the number  of players  in  the  brackets to  more  accurately  reflect the  power  distribution  of your players. 

It  doesn't  need  to  be  a  joke  like  Classic,  but  if  you  pay  attention  to  the  chatter  around  the  community,  the  current  state  of  Tag feels  like  an exercise  in  futility.

The  challenge will  still  be there  for  the  fans  of  it's  current  state....just  higher up  the tiers.
