The stats for hands, chest, and feet can be different depending on your luck. These 3 items must have Attack% as the primary stat to count. 

The pic you posted shows items from trhe atk-set. The quest is about equipping items with atk% as mainstat, like Harby said. The following pic shows what items you need.
