You will need 100% crit, accuracy depends on dungeon level but 200 is where you will want to be eventually and then some. After those two you try for as much crit damage as you can get while maintaining your crit+acc

Critdamage is less important. The turnmeter effect only occurs, when his A1 is a critical hit. So definetly 100% critrate. 

Accuracy, as a rule of thumb, dungeon level x 10. So at least 200 Acc for lvl 20 dungeons.
