As we don't know wich epics you have, we can't say if she is your best.
She is good, but, to be honest, I have mine only at lvl 50. I prefer Scyl in most areas over Rector Drath. I think I will bring the Rector to 60 for Faction Wars later on, as Scyl can't replace her in this area.

have all epics in daily login to day 120, klodd, melga, reactor, malformed, and gerhard

Klodd is also very very good. Rector is awesome though. Nice pull! :D
