According to the skill description in this picture, Aswalker's A2 fills ("füllt") the turnmeter of all opponents. My first thought was: Wtf? Was the champion designed by the same person who made the clanquests? 

But now I've read at Hellhades that Ashwalker decreases the enemy turnmeter. Could anybody please clarify? And, if Ashwalker really decreases the turnmeter, what I hope he does, please correct the translation.
