I haven't found a use for him yet, but I do remember someone on this forum making an interesting suggestion around setting up his AI to disable all his skills except for his A1.  This essentially will have him continually reduce bosses turn meter, which I thought might have been an interesting strategy to try at some point

He got all your luck.

If you fully book his A1, he's pretty good at TM control, since he gains the speed he steals. He also would definitely be useful in FW. For other dungeons, he's a bit less useful, but still overall good.

I wouldn't consider him an absolute must, but if you don't have many other legos, he's pretty good.

Do you know a way to book only the ones you like?  I assume no, so one has to be prepared to book at least twice the A1 amount.

Sadly, there is none. And realistically it's closer to three times the number, since most champs have more than two abilities.

yes that is why I like the name they gave for this one, the story on ayumilove is that he found a 4 leaf clover and then his luck improved

All I can do is go one by one and see how the A1 fills in, might save a few.
