people are leving my clan over cvc this cvc is bad idea cause problums agreements with in the clan because most people work on the week days and or they just dont want to wasit resourcec on that im my self love cvc but bunches of people leave because of cvc ! Raid u need to fix CVC where it dont cost so much to do and make it more manegeable and for god sakes put on weekend UGH

The only solution here is to get your wife and children playing Raid

This will work itself out over time. You'll eventually have clans anywhere from required whaling to clans that don't participate at all.
simply make clear to new recruits that they dont have to do any extra stuff for cvc and you'll in time have a guild that doesnt chase the shiniest cvc bone
focus on the milestones if anything and ignore the competitive aspect
