I'd build him with high crit rate/crit damage and some decent speed/accuracy but I'd advise you to reconsider. 

If you're thinking of using him for CB, his poison detonation on his A3 is damage capped there. He'd probably be most effective on Spider but Spider 20 is his weak affinity. I agree though his kit looks really interesting.
