Shield question
I have a character wearing a shield set which gives allies a 30% shield.
I have another in the party wearing a Divine Offense set which has a 15% shield.
Are these shields cumulative (45%), or does only one of them shield that latter hero?
In other words, am I wasting the DIvine Offense set for that hero in this party?
