You do get what you pay for.  Basically a lottery ticket with  very very low odds of epics or legendaries.

If you spend a lot of money, you are ultimately going to get all the champions thatplarium has to offer. it is quite understandable that plarium would not like you to get all the champions in a month. if you could , you would lose interest in the game very quickly.
