I am a new player and honestly I really find the search mechanism to be too simple. It would b helpful if I could search for champions with heal or multiple attack.

You would probably be better off using a 3rd party resource such as ayumilove or raidcodex - has other helpful advice for build suggestions and stuff like that too

Thanks for your suggestion. Some additional filters are under consideration, but UI constraints limit possible changes. The filtering by abilities entails changes in the champions' core structure, which is a sizable change. I will forward your suggestion to the development team, but currently, we are concentrating on features under work.
