Void is the only shard you can get Coldheart from because she is a void champion.

You can only get Coldheart from void shards, since she's a void affinity champion. Ancient (and sacred and mystery) shards only allow you to get non-void champions.

Hey, like some already said it above Coldheart has the affinity void and therefore she can only be summoned from void shards.
