Are random attacks random?
After observing Coldheart A1 and Kael A3, I'm pretty sure one of the attacks always hits targeted enemy. Is it true? It is not what I expected from "random".

If you're playing manually, yeah, whichever enemy you click to start the ability will get at least one of the 'random' attacks.

Wow. So Alure is good in spider even on auto without the boss highlighted.
I'm wondering what else in this game is not as random as it seems :)

All the attacks that hit randomly have several hits to distribute, as you have said, there is always 1 hit to the target marked in automatic or the one that you have clicked in manual. Specifically, the first hit is the one that is not random, the others are random.
Another thing to clarify about this type of blows is how they are affected by the "Evil Eye" mastery:
-All multi-hit basic attacks on random targets (example: cold heart) are considered AoE so they only reduce the turn bar of the targets hit by 5%.
