For me I think he will be used mainly for FW, one of the few factions where it's kinda hard to get good Champions... For other parts if the game i have better suited champs.

Looks solid to me, both the A2 and the A3 seem like good skills, plus his base HP is higher than most legos, so he can easily put significant shields on everyone - with a counterattack bonus if the shield gets broken. Doesn't seem super strong in any particular area of the game, but potentially usable almost everywhere, at least for people who don't already have a very strong roster.
