When can we expect the game to be playable ? It's been a day since last release and it's lagging, disconnecting from battles.

At some point, can we believe there is a QoS team that checks release before it comes live or is it just a joke ?

I'm developper in other kind of softwares and if i had to release such messy patch, i would be in a lot of trouble ...
