a new user joined the Chat and had some questions about the raid-pass.

I only answered him to explain the difference between battle-pass and raid-pass.

Next Message in chat: "User was banned from Chat"

WHY???

Has anyone a hint, what to do?

I send a message to support, but no answer till now.

What can I do???
