Added info: I have 1800+ gems, and 14 ancient shards. So potentially 36 ancient shards to open. I only wanna get through silver and maybe reach gold. Not worrying about Pve right now, got my farmer and my mastery team.
Any advice will be read. Ty

If that team can't help you reach Silver and go through Gold, it's not your fault, it's because your opponents are stronger.

It's not about your 4 best, but about a strong composition with synergies. In your case, the obvious team looks like Spirithost lead plus Apo, Warmaiden, Trunda. Apo goes first and boosts the speed/TM of the team, then Spirithost increases attack, Warmaiden decreases defense on the enemy team and finally Trunda hits Forge Rhythm. Since your accuracy is near zero, she probably won't stun anyone but instead she'll get a second hit. At least several champions on the enemy team should be dead by then, if not all, so you can clean up the rest in the next round.
However, that requires enough speed on your team; first of all high enough speed on Apo so he can go before anyone on the opponent team, and then enough speed on your other champions that, after Apo's turn meter boost, they will take the next turn. Also, Trunda should have near-guaranteed crits, so you'll need to increase her crit rate.
If you can't get your Warmaiden and Trunda fast enough, you could also go for a double TM boost, with HK as lead aura instead of Spirithost, but then obviously you don't get the increase attack boost on Trunda so she won't hit as hard.

You feed most of your rares and some of your epics as food didn't you?
So yeah, it's the obvious route of Spirit Host / High Khatun as lead, Apothecary, Warmaiden and a nuker of your choice
Be careful though, I've seen a lot of teams that are built to counter this strategy....
