Is there any difference in the drops from dungeons, for example, between Dragon stage 13 and stage 19?

The game of course only states that each stage drops 4-6* artifacts, but is there like a higher chance to get 6* or epic/legendary items from 19 than from 13? And if so, how much of a difference is it?
