fastest way to get 3 star champs?
other than grinding them up the levels is there a way to get them fast? Like dungeon drops or something?

They can drop from campaign but only rarely, 1-2 percent of the time depending on what difficulty.
And ancient shards, which you can use to summon 3 stars, have a chance to drop from clan boss rewards, arena rewards, dungeons, login rewards sometimes, then you get one free ancient shard per week in the shop, one every five days from 'weekly' quests, plus once you hit a certain level you may find a couple per month in the market. Or obviously you could buy them.

Take one 2* champ.
Feed him with 4 x brews + 4 x 1* champ = 2/20 champ
Upgrade that 2/20 with 2 x 2* champ = 3* champ
Remember this, it will be your most fast and reliable income of 3* food.

Yeah, always use correct affinity brew, wash your hand before dinner, don't lie, clean your room, be nice with the others and such. Those are the basics.
