I started playing a few days ago and chose Kael as my starting Champion. Now i got a duplicate of him. Whats the best advice on what to do with the duplicate champion?

Building another Kael would just be a resource drain, especially if you're just starting out. I'd suggest using him as a book, like Trips said.

In all honesty I think you should present your rooster before we can say what to do.
Two Kaels aint the worst idea in the world depending on what else you have to work with. You could make one Kael your farmer focusing most on speed,crit rate and crit damage and the other one more suited for sustained figths with higher accuracy and less crit rate and crit damage for clan boss.
But it all depends on what other champions you have. For now my advice would be to save him and see if you are gonna use him. It all depends on your shard pulls.

Starting out you get a lot of books, I have just realised this starting a second account. I would hold onto him for now. 2 Kaels is never a bad thing and who knows if the next fuse could potentially need a Kael?
I also agree with Drone ^^ seeing you're current champs could help whether training him up would be viable at the moment.
