I could be misremembering this, but aren't you supposed to put the Heal Reduction debuff on the Spirit keep (green) boss, not the Magic keep boss as in your screenshot? The Spirit keep is where you actually need heal reduction, the Magic keep boss doesn't even do any healing as far as I'm aware.

Last thing I will say is helpful advice to help you on your journey to becoming a Great Raid player.
Against the Magic Affinity Potion Dungeon Boss:
You want to use a hero who Remove Buffs, Steal Buffs, Block Buffs or Reduces the Duration of the Enemy Buffs
The Magic Affinity Boss likes to put up a Shield + a lot of other stuff over and over again.
You want to get rid of all those things to help your team win faster.
