Yeah. Power is weirdly calculated and often quite misleading, you shouldn't focus on it. In the arena, you may be able to easily defeat teams with a significantly higher power but also easily lose to teams with a significantly lower one. And when switching gear, you will probably need to weigh different stats against each other, as you improve some stats but worsen others. Follow your own judgement in such cases, never mind what the power numbers show.
