The energy cap number is just what you can earn passively online or offline.
Energy potions and any other energy reward allows you to go OVER that cap.
There is a daily and a playtime reward that both give full energy, So with yours it would be two +95 energy on top of your passive.
I've had no problem getting enough energy each day without paying anything to do all my dailies, and the 30 dungeon runs on automatic, and still have extra for campaign runs.
That said, I wouldn't mind at all if they increased how much energy we get each day by 50% or more.

today i burned 1500/95 energy...
so what i need to know can i raise this second number "95"
so that tommorow my refill be more than 95 ???

Yes, you can. By fast forward your progresion till you hit lvl 60 of your account. Quantum tunneling, warp time - those can help a lot.

The 95 will increase with every level you gain, until reaching the max of 130 at level 60. They will be increasing the max level from 60 to 100, but apparently the max energy will remain the same at 130.
But of course getting to level 60 will take you a number of months, even if you play a lot with xp boosts on. So you can't increase it very quickly.

U will never have enough energy, they want it. Again today, a mate of my clan have stop this game cause of that.
