I have asked this on discord and in game (no response yet)

After purchasing a pack, my bank rejected the transaction (first time ever), and whilst the purchase was successful, I don't think the payment went through.

It was a random security check and I confirmed with bank it is ok, so they said try the purchase again.

Clearly I can't do that as the game has already given me the goods.

So I am not sure what I can do?
