It's not possible, they did a rollback to your account. Without that, you would be still banned.

I was not banned at the time of the fix,  ban lifted after one day and I've been plaing normal for 5 days. If you can roll me back to 2/12/2020, what is stopping you to roll me back to 2/18/2020. 

What abouth my purchased items, are thay gone too? 

That is why I said you are stealing my money and all that have same issues too.

Also I purchased level 50 reward ($100) and now I am back to 49 that is missing too
