It's been 2 full days and I recently received a message that I would be banned for an additional day. What is going on exactly?

Im on day 3 now... missing the chanse to do my battlepass if they dont fix it soon.... worst investment ever

I mean...this is stupid at this point. Every day it auto extends the ban another day. I missed the chance to collect all my chests from UNM and NM, the compensation given to everyone else, 2x event, probably get rolled back and lose my summons and account progress i made and all the chests and progress in between the last 4 days.
Id be happy knowing they actually read my ticket instead of the generic email response they give. But what they reply with shows me they dont even read or care.
