I’m appalled by this ban that has been placed on me due to buying the battle pass and the packs to max it out I want answers and will be getting refunded on this. If this is how you treat your PAY TO PLAY customers it’s highly unacceptable.
Same thing just happened to me. I didn't buy the battle pass. Just tried launching the game after a little break and it said I was banned. Pretty pissed right now.

WOW. Ok, well, thanks for unlocking my account... I think? I lost ALL progress I made yesterday, and it was an EPIC day for me! I had made many mods and gear changes on my champions and finally beat Dragons 18 and 19.... GONE back to 17 now! :(
I can't even remember all the changes I made, I got back a dozen garbage champs I had sacrificed, lost any chance of a good reward in Dragon tourney... including the rewards I already claimed.. totally NOT COOL. I expected way better compensation!"- we will give the compensation for the recent problems today (it will include the Valentine's gift, as well);

- we are working on returning purchased Battle Passes and Raid Passes to the players whose accounts were banned;
- we are working on fixing the missing offers and empty Clan windows for these same players;
- we will also update you regarding the changed amount of XP received with activated Raid Pass a little later today."
