Well, that must be real-time feed data considering the rate of players, constantly changing clans in and out. Especially around CB reset time, hehehe. No, i don't thing there is a site that do that. Some clan specific site/Discord/FB page with more or less accurate info - sure, but site with all clans and their members - no.
