Arena bug?
I'm seeing this more and more lately where one person is able to kill you multiple times after killing you. I thought this wasn't possible?

It's more like a "glitch". If you start an arena battle and during it you disable your internet connection, you can fight that player again.

It happen to me, I am on the attacking side. I found the same person 2 or probably 3 consecutive times in less than 5mins after clearing the list

I was on the attacking side as well. I defeated a player 3 times before it didn't let me fight them again. I didn't disable anything.

Yes, it's normal finding same player 2 or 3 times after 1 or 2 refreshes, it means that you have same arena points, approximately.
