just spent real life money on 7 purple gems with the 2*chance event for purple gold characters all 7 were blues ... i have spent enough with this game thus far and this is a rip off id expect at least one of the 7 to be purple or gold .. not paying another penny for this joke
Well I might agree, but I have had upteen yellows and purples previously and drop rate for those have been poor.
Opened 13 purples - Got 0 Epics and 13 Rares at 2x chance (16% per pull) that has an 8.2% chance of happening.
Over Christmas opened 70 (thats 7-0) Blue gems - Got 4 Epics. At 2x Chance (16% per pull) that has a 1.4% chance of happening.
The chances of both sets combined is 0.09%

This game is drowning in its deceitful practices very quickly.
Unfortunately, these cases do happen. The rates are as posted, but there are no guarantees in place. I've seen people show 10 pulls of ancients outside 2x events that have two legendaries in them. I once used 40 ancient shards during a 2x event and only got 1 epic.
There will always be variance, and there will always be people on every point of luck and probability.
I understand your frustrations, but you should not expect a desired result necessarily. At least you got the summon points though, the rewards for the Summon Rush are fixed and guaranteed regardless of summon result, and that's nice.

same here.. i spend 70 dollars for orange gems.. three of them... guess what ? i got all of them rare gems.. blue gems not even one orange gems.. really wasted my money..

when i summon blue.. and it came out epic .. wow. better than pay it... so that is why i posted before you.. i stated that i will never never pay this site anymore.. due to poor results on paying things.. on this site..
