Dude its September 3rd.  

Which has absolutely what to do with what I'm saying? There's only one Awakening event a month. September's is here, and it's only Eternals. Are you saying that September is going to be the first month to have two?

Save your Soulstones for the DoF or Path Event that wil let you earn one of the Ozians. 

I only use soul stones when it is 2x.

Certainly your perogative, but you'll never get the Featured Legos and/or their 5* Awakenings doing it that way. 

I have a lot of champs that need 1* and up to 6*.  Its seems the best path for me right now.  

As I said, that is your perogative, but odds are strong that there will be a DoF this week for either Tin Man or Scarecrow, and I'd much rather save my stones for that.

Send Crow event.  Honestly not fussed if I get Tinny or not.

Crow I have (probably) a dedicated use for in Chimera.  Tin Man I dont think actually moves my account forward in any meaningful way. 

If I can get TinMan without depleting all my resources for next fusion I would use my soul stones.  

EDIT:  HH has him rated as best champ in the game.  

That is why you save them. Immortal Soulstones are the currency most commonly needed to grab DoF Legos.   

I would use all resources saved for the next fusion to get Tin Can.  

Thankfully they give us a decent chunk of them.

Same answer as always Poly:  Never know anything for sure until it shows up in the game.

If the event patterns from the last year hold true, there will be a DoF and a Path as part of the Oz Events.  One will have Tin Man and the other will have Scarecrow.

However, if I were a betting man, I'd say that a chunk of the 240 Titan Points available in the final week will be in a DoF.  The real dilemma is, will that be a DoF that also has an attainable Lego Reward? Or will it be a garbage DoF with Discovery Relic Materials as the primary Reward?

This is the reason I try to have enough resources for an extra event.  Plarium loves to throw something unexpected at us after we just used up everything.  Imagine how much even low pay will spend to get the best champ in the game?

Tin Man certainly seems like a very solid toon, but "Best Champ in the Game" sounds an awful like the same old hyperbole that spews forth from CCs on a daily & weekly basis, no offense to HH.
