Does Plarium ever do progression chance for Sun Wukong? I don't think I have seen one. I'd like to try and get him, prefer one without fleas. Or Is he even in the pool of champions from shards?
He can be pulled form shards. I am sure he gets a 10X/15X now and again, but he is no longer Meta and it has been a while since he was featured.

May be bad odds, but if you don't have a toon you really want, there is really no other way to get better odds on getting them.
I am sure that 10X/15X on the right toons makes the cash register jingle wildly.
...and also why the 10X/15X Toons are often weak sauce when Average Joe Players have to pull shards....
