some russian guy keeps trying to steal my acount

I hadn’t played for months when I got an email from Plarium in Russian asking me to change my password. I reset it in English through the launcher, logged in, and found my account name had been changed. I was in a Russian clan, and someone had basically moved in. I reached out to customer support—nothing. Today, I got another Russian password change email from Plarium.

Are you sure the email is FROM plarium support? Sounds like someone is trying a phishing scam

@ShortOnSkillz If Plarium Support doesn't respond on something like this, what is going on over there?

Id assume they will respond.  Generally its a matter of when, not if.  Not to say that that is much better in many cases.

I've found tickets to be worse than useless.  That's why I just ask mods here if it's the latest time I've been shut out.

It has been years since support has contacted me.  This sounds like a scam email.  Play the game every day.  Get out of the Russian clan.  Create a new password every day thru this site.  Ignore any email not in English.  Dont enter your credit card into the site in case it has been hacked.

The gam is owned by a Swedish company now.  They should upgrade support and stop being cheap.

Keep us posted on what happens.

Still nothing. no reply from customer service. Now the daily Russian requests to change the password are in English. maybe i should give up...Plarium did. in fact I was logged out while writing this by someone logging on in russia. new passwords dont matter in this game

The account is still associated with your email and you are still in control of both your email and the Raid account, correct?

If yes, then this would be no different than someone aggressviely trying to hack your FB, Twitter, TikTok...

Proactively change all your related passwords to randomly generated 12+ character strings, continue to submit tickets through the in-game support link, and wait for the hacker to go away.

If you are attempting to contact support through any means other than the in-game support link or respoding to a Plarium Support email, stop, and use only the in-game support link.

As long as your account has never been bought/sold/traded, and it has always been associated with your current email adress, Plarium will have the records to prvoe that the account is yours and has always been yours.

problem is they have to care first... If I sent a ticket saying, " Hey, you won't accept my credit card to buy stuff" i would be helped within 30 minutes...its been days and a stolen account means little

If you've changed your email and pasword and the guy is still able to log in it sounds like he may have malware instealled on your computer

I don't have the game installed in any device. I just got an email trying to reset my password. So, i came to the site and log in trying to submit a ticket, but site won't let me do it.

Anyway, i dont have any card linked to any games too. Sadly they dont have 2fa to secure mine account.

I agree with you.  That seems to be the only way a hacker could know what he is doing.

@TWR2005 ......Run a full scan on your system using Windows Defender.  Let us know the result.

@CommunityManager....You may think this is not a serious issue but hackers can attack your big spenders also and cause you significant financial loss.
