Ummm... then you need to contact support. You don't find it odd that other players are making the same complaint?

I just had the sme problem pop up for the first time, I could collect the playtime rewards, but the classic arena tokens would show as uncollected and forge pass wouldn't complete.

It worked after I did a reboot though.

Weird I haven't heard about this one.

Still happening to me on android. Just now collected the 3 plarium play point one, left bastion came back and it was back uncollected. Force stopped game and reopened now its counting down 4 min until I can claim the points.

Im sure I can restart game and the countdown will again reset, but this is what has been going on since last week.

Do u get the rewards multiple times? 

If they break it and wont fix it, nice that you get the extra rewards.  This is like a slot machine that just keeps spitting out nickels.  

No im not actually receiving the rewards. After making this post showing it I timed it, logged in collected it, once again didnt count and force stopped the game. Logged back on and the timer was back up to 35 min even though over 50 minutes had elapsed. 

Once again I could not finish forge pass dailies as the time reset pushed me passed tonight's reset.

Hmmm very odd.  Ill have to check bug reports but I imagine its been reported.

There was some random compensation gift last week and I thought it was due to this, then it just continued to happen.

If it matters, I play on a s25 ultra and would think it would be a very common device people play on.

I had this issue for 1 day only (so far), and it went away after I rebooted

Seems like a reboot fixes it for most people.  

Ive force stopped to reboot game, as well as rebooting my phone, problem persists still as of today.

have you tried uninstalling the gaem & then reinstalling?

I have had to do that a couple of times over the years.  

Have  not gone that far yet.

Second week in a row I have got this same exact compensation gift. Hoping its because they have fixed this bug, so far as of tonight it actually seems fixed.

I got this reward twice this week.  I thought it was because the server was down for maintenance when I ran multi battles late at night.  

Ill ask a CM about it. 

It was compensation for you being unable to find the potion keeps
