What the actual hell?
First, I want to say that this is my kid's account and not mine. The reason I'm using their account is because my account says that it's banned until 6/27.
I have A LOT of questions and everything is ticking me off in frustration. It says my account was banned for spamming. Alright, when and where? Who made the decision? Did a mod do it or do you have some stupid AI program that just does it on a whime?
Second, there is NO access to support other than using the forums here. When I look at the notification, it says to "click here" for support but that only leads to a support FAQ. If that's not insulting enough, even searching for "banned" leds to an article to "How do I delete my account?". Seriously? That's your idea of support??? Even the "contact us" button leads to 7 different addresses in the UA. Not a single email or phone number. You can NOT be serious that this is your idea of helping players.
I would say that unless it was one of the 2 mods that banned me, then they shouldn't be the one un-banning me. What the hell happened to your support team? Do you even have one? Or did you replace them with AI bots? Contacting support should be a BIG RED BUTTON on every page so that people can easily find it and access it. I shouldn't have to waste my time looking for it only to log in with my kid's account to try to ask for help on the forums. Seriously, this is messed the F up.
