Haven't watched the Pelagus video but would need more context.  

As for Loki, he steals 100% not all.  Turn Meters in Raid can ago above 100% and theres no graphical way to tell how much someone has so thats why its sometimes looking like its not acting properly. 

Interesting, did not know there is more than 100%.  Lol.

Ultimately, this was what Nub was puzzled about due to tbe wording.  In his test server battles, it barely affected some champs' turn meter.

Speaking of turn meter, the prism from this AM's soul chase netted me Lyssandra.  Guess I'll get to test this extensively now.  Putting two teams in all Merc has allowed me to challenge for Silver III in TT, which will spring Ramantu missions free again.

For my third set of all Merc in TT, thinking of Arbiter, Lyssandra, and two slammers from among the group of Alice, He-Man, Sanguine Maria or Embrys.  Thinking strongly of Alice and Maria since both their A1s can strip Mercurial stacks.  Thoughts?
