I'm trying to land HP Burn on Leshun on normal. Neither my Ash'nar or Geo are landing after multiple attempts and turns despite getting my accuracy up to 440 on both champions. I'm landing plenty of other debuffs with other champs that have much less accuracy and I'm landing the weakens with both Ash'nar and Geo every single time...but NEVER the HP Burn. Am I missing something here?
