I messed up and sacrificed a Silvain during champ training, just feeding blues and guess I didn't have him locked.
during the fusion is there only enough to get the main champ or is there a few extra?

Honestly, I'd create a support ticket asap. No guarantees but people have been saved from similar errors i believe. Otherwise you need to grab epic from summon rush
