Historically we've had ample warning before the new faction drops though.

Mmmm, that's gonna be rough for me then.  Have 7 crypts down, but not enough to blitz in time, and getting 3* on a brand new faction's gonna hurt/slow things down.

Guess I'll have to jam prisms to get an instant inventory...

Well we're talking probably ar least 3 months before a new faction drops, and then at least another 6 months before the Faction becomes a requirement for Lydia.

With the reveal of the faction being themed after ancient Greece and Rome, I am curious and excited to see it.  Olympus mythos hoped, even if a few names are already taken Venus, Cupidus, etc.

I can atest, this is what happened when they released the Sylvan Watchers faction a year plus ago. They were a pain in the butt because they focused so much on healing and not a lot of great DPS champs. Lucky for me, I got a great legendary heal champ and just sort of bulldozed my way up with epic champs.

Great support champs but no dps. When I finally beat stage 20 wave 1 (5 healers) it was by putting Ruella in a destroy set and just damaging thier max hp. took more than 40 minutes

AHHHHHHHHHH...!!!! The nightmares, THE NIGHTMARES! Yeah, that wave was brutal due to them having healers in that wave. Sure, they couldn't kill you but it was a nightmare trying just to kill 1 champ. At least if you got 1 down, then the healing factor went down and it started to get easier to pick one off at a time. But yeah; stage 20, 8-10 minutes to destroy wave 1, 2-3 minutes for stages 2 & 3 put together.

Yup yup.  Well see how this one shakes out.  Hope this one is a bit more balanced on release.
