no she isnt, everyone in the SS is alive
edit : she is dead youre right, not sure why the end screen doesnt have her listed as dead tho

Is it one of those reflect damage bosses or something? Or pain link? Maybe last hit killed her as well and just buggy end game screen.

buggy end game screen it looks like? I didn't notice but you can see acrizia dead on ground when I looked closer.
