If you pair it with Shy'ek I would say it is quite impressive. But without him, it is not a great champ.

I am not sure of the benefit pushing hydra, if you are getting several billion already- is another billion or so worth it?
Matchmaking means you are pushed to an average position of 3rd regardless.
