Getting in before others say it. Personally I like changes like this that would help, especially newer players BUT I can tell you already what some veterans will say:

Will pass along the feedback.  I agree both are needed and really no reason they shouldn't be in game.  Especially the mythical wishlist for souls.

I agree, mythical relic mercy system ASAP.

If it makes them money, which is most of the mechanics in this game, then do not expect it to change.

Users got tired of getting nothing and leaving the game. 

Who would spend money on this?

With all the effort in live arena to get mythical relic and nothing as a result???
