Yep, but that also stacks with other things which ignore defense, for instance lethal gear sets.
It doesn't seem like much, but it's pretty massive at high levels, both for pvp and pve.
It's a pve blessing, always a better choice for pvp champs
Yup 100% PvE blessing. End game enemies are usually like level 300-350 so its just so much extra defense ignore.
Why we getting Trip alts now? Maybe its advanced AI bot to ban.

Biggest thing about Rend is that unless you are at 6 star, it only works on the first hit, so at 5 star and below, it really is a PVP-only Blessing
At 5 star, Nature's Wrath is a far better choice for any toon that does any Debuffs.
