1. I propose adding defensive PvE battles.  The player's team will stand still and be attacked by waves of monsters.  In fights like these, buff recharges will matter more.

And this will add variety to PvE.

2. I suggest adding "garage" battles. In such a battle, you can add heroes instead of those killed. For example, instead of a 3X3 arena.
