I accidentally instant ranked up 2 level 50 champs to 6*

I clicked instant rank up and thought id clicked 2-3 however I hadn't and accidentally ranked up 2 level 50 champs to 6* sacrificing multiple champs i had sitting at level 50.

I am distraught i have no idea who even ended up getting sacrificed and I've barely opened the game since

Is there any way to roll back?? I did google it and saw a forum where someone had messaged support and they were able to roll back to before it happened

I messaged support but I don't think they even bothered to read my message properly as they said "this is a known issue we are working on??" I did reply but haven't heard back since then and it's been 2 days.

Is it possible to reach them any other way? I barely open the app now in fear of it being too late to do anything
