So to you forum regulars you know the backgound around PG

But been drinking beer this Monday and said to myself/and wife    lets  play PVP (dreaded part of  Raid)  but lets purposly LOSE and give wins  to   NEW  Players experiencing Raid Live arena  by selecting  very bad champions on my account......LOL  

The experience did not disappoint and brought me here to post about the fun I had and will do again within Raid

I H8 PVP in MMOs and avoid such in any  MMO but raid does the best job possible to engage   PVE  players  into the mix

So I went into Live arena ( I really do suck and stay at silver rank  for reasons beyond this chat) to purposly LOSE fights.   I selected un geared  champions  and  they were  BOSS as far as meta  goes  but not geared or upgraded  to see what REAL  LIFE  players would do or respond

The experience was   FUN +  I loved it and will continue doing it

entering it  with the purpose to enhance another players experience   by losing and they winning  as well as seeing how they navigate the whole experience and who they choose to bann etc.   Was very fun as  me and my wife watched  it unfold and  talk about choices made by someone  else on  possibly other  side of the world  trying Raid for the first time.

I H8  PVP   on any platform and H8 PVP  LIVE arena in Raid also  but very happy that I found a way to engage  PVP  in Raid and have fun at it without being competitive.   I am glad Raid  forces us to   WIN  eventually and I like pushing that envelope  :P

So at the end  of the day to all who play Raid for PVE  reasons and Hate   PVP .....when it comes to   LIVE arena  I say to you just go in with the mind set to HELP others succeed in this game and  lose  on purpose......Eventually  the algorythm will give you the win and actually progress your account with tokens  but   this way you make the journey   FUN  :))
